Hold on. Let Go.

Yoga, much like life, is a balance of holding on and letting go.

Sometimes, we are thrown into the pits of darkness and we have to find our way out of it. But, remembering to breathe through the hard parts and asking ourselves what it is we fear that keeps us holding on, will help us see the light again. We have to find our contentment – let things come and go as they please, for what stays, was meant for you. And sometimes, not everything or everyone will continue on with the rest of your journey in this life, but they certainly crossed your path for a reason, wether it was a blessing or a lesson or both.

Start where you are, start with what you have. Accept your present state as though you chose it, for that is when you can truly work with it. Our past doesn’t have to determine where we are headed. Any day, any moment, we have the ability to completely drop what we are doing and head another direction. Never let your circumstances make you live in a victim mindset -accepting responsibility for your life, your actions, your reactions.. life isn’t happening to you, it’s responding to your vibrations. Open your eyes, open your mind and open your heart. Hold on to strength, let go of what no longer serves you or adds value to your life.

& Be the love you wish to feel. ❤
